Choose between a la carte selections, including Foie Gras de canard en compression, gelée de pommes verte, vin d’épices (Compressed duck foie gras with green apples & spice wine) or the unique Snow fish cuit en basse temperature, aigo bulido, raviolis d’escargot (Low temperature snow fish with aigo bulido & snail raviolis). Or take the plunge and indulge on Chef Nicolas’s six course Degustation Menu including the Homard à la plancha, houmous, emulsion citron-gingembre, kumkuat (Lobster served with hummus & lemon-ginger emulsion, kumkuat) and the Tout chocolat (All about chocolate) for just Baht 3,600.
