We are visiting Paris from Australia, and wish to let you know that our evening with you and your wonderful staff will stay in our memory for a long time. Not only were we greeted warmly, we were made to feel so very welcome, and the food that we ate was just perfect. A very fine example of excellent french cuisine. On our departure we were given a farewell that included kisses and smiles. How we wish all restaurants followed your fine example. We left with many business cards to distribute among future travellers.
