we can afford to travel anywhere in the world and i assure you that ‘chez paul’ was the absolute primary best culinary experience every time we entered its doors par excellence. there are few establishments to match it. very few.

i remain hopeful that the brillant chef callarec & associates will publish volumes I, II, III & IV of amazing recipes, presentations, dining room design & memoires. chef and the very beautiful ‘chez paul’ will be dearly missed by myself and my family however we have delicious, unforgettable & wonderful memories for which we can only say: Thank you :)
