There is room for improvement which can be obtained if you train your staff well. And perhaps.. share the tips to encourage better service !]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[the manager should do a better job at selecting his staff, training them, and supervising them. the service is mediocre at best and totally unprofessional at worst. the last time i had a meal at the wine connection i overhead the staff (speaking in thai) wondering what the manager wanted to be done and in the process making fun of him; in the presence of customers. furthermore, the food is ordinary and its presentation needs improvement. the manager better get a grip on the place or else the problems will get bigger and the place will start to lose customers. my recommendation is to avoid the k-village branch on the weekends. also, to the manager, don&#039;t blow off your customers; show a little class and take the time to meet and greet everyone.]]></description>
