The service was disorganized and substandard and taste / quality was below expectation. I will not recommend nor revisit them again. Someone at ZAGAT is way off !?

And plus to top that off Stratis Morforgen is a crack head, all he does is talk about customers behind their back and its said that low life have been seen eating at Philppe Chow cause its such a rip off, if you have a party of 30 there he over charges on drinks, water and food and a great fuck you smile as you walking out!
