A bistro looked after by celebrated, consulting three Michelin star chef (for his Strasbourg restaurant, Le Buerehiesel), Antoine Wastermann. I have dined at this famed restaurant while he was actively in the kitchen. At Cafe du Parc pay attention to the French Terrines along with other well-prepared and presented bistro fare. An extensive wines-by-the-glass list is available with mostly small French wineries not commonly found in America.
