Tasting Menus, Tea presentations, pastry exhibitions, cooking demonstrations and the launch of the Pourcel Brothers, Chef Jacques and Laurent&#8217;s new book with the rather complicated title &#8220;Transparences En Duo Verrines, Petites Cuillères &amp; Snackings&#8221;.</p>
