Starting THIS Sunday, January 23rd, we will be featuring LIVE music, some cool Jazz and Blues by Bangkok’s top musicians.
This Sunday we will feature Mr. Idrees & friends. And to accompany the sounds, we will be serving the finest seafood and this Sunday will be featuring the cuisine of NEW ORLEANS with the following specials:
Seafood Gumbo
A New Orleans classic. A rich & spicy tomato based vegetable stew with crab, prawns, red snapper. Served over white rice

Red Snapper Etouffee with Dirty rice
Vegetable creme sauce with the HOLY TRINITY of New Orleans cuisine: onion, celery & bell peppers. Served over filet of Red Snapper and seasoned rice.

Shrimp – Jambalaya
Giant wild prawns mixed with spicy seasoned rice, smoked marlin and the holy trinity
