Dear The Warehouse, There is a major charity orchestra concert being held at Chaktomuk Theatre in Phnom Penh Friday 7 October 2011. I have previously sent you all the details but have attached them again. I am contacting you to see if you would want to be a sponsor for this event.

The conductor Mr Fukumura has decided that the orchestra’s full dress rehearsal to be held in the morning of 7 October 2011 be open to interested young Khmers. This would be a great opportunity to reach your future target audience as these tickets would be issued free of charge along with the evening tickets.

Dear The Warehouse, I am approaching you to see if you wish to become involved in the following event. This would be a great opportunity to become involved in this high profile and prestigious event with the majority of those attending liking a good wine. A major solo Japanese maestro is to play at the event which is also conducted by the world renowned conductor Mr Fukumura also of Japan. The orchestra is to be made up of players from the full region including Khmers.

The Association for the Blind in Cambodia (ABC) is organizing a charity orchestra concert to be held in the Chaktomuk Conference Hall, Phnom Penh on the evening of Friday 7 October 2011. Honored guests have been invited but due to their status cannot confirm until nearer the date. The event is two fold:

1. Raise needed funds for “The Provision of Education and Support of Families of Low Vision Children”.

2. Introduce classic orchestral music to a wide Khmer audience in particular students currently studying music at the University of Fine Arts and young Khmers to help stimulate an interest in classical music.

I cannot attached the sponsorship request letter that gives more details of the concert. Could you please let me have contact details of someone in your organisation that I could ring next week around 5 July 2011 to make an appointment to speak to them and to pass on the sponsorship request letter.
