BANGKOK, THAILAND: Cristina Spanu will continue to operate Belguardo Restaurant in the Paragon along with a new Italian chef, as yet unnamed, beginning early 2009. Chef Marco Cammarata is now involved in the restaurant at the Jazz Club Niu’s on Silom Road.
