Chez Papé is a new addition to the French dining scene in Bangkok. This authentic looking “bistrot” serves simple, French country-style cuisine loosely based on the cooking of the owner’s mother, as interpreted by Chef Cedric, who previously worked with Michelin-anointed chefs and held the position of executive sous-chef at restaurant Mantel in Cannes.
